Great location, well equipped with effective air conditioning which is important in the summer. Very clean.
The upstairs bed was not very comfortable...too firm. The toilet in the upstairs bedroom is difficult to negotiate, with the wall in front of you being very close to your knees.

Great location! Hosts were friendly and communicative. Very easy check in. Big king size bed, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen amenities, lots of linens, hot water and AC good, and an elevator!

I can honestly say this was the absolute best vacation rental experience I’ve ever had - and I travel quite a bit. From the moment I arrived, Cristina and her assistant Stella were incredibly kind, thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. They made me feel less like a guest and more like someone being welcomed into Florence by friends.
The location is truly exceptional. The apartment sits right along the Arno River, and stepping outside each evening to walk just a few steps to the bridge and watch the sunset felt almost surreal. You’re also directly across the bridge from Santo Spirito, which quickly became one of my favorite neighborhoods in Florence - lively, charming, and full of wonderful restaurants, cafes, and local character.
The apartment is also perfectly situated for exploring the city on foot. I was within a 5–15 minute walk of countless places of interest including the Uffizi Gallery, the Duomo, Basilica di Santa Croce, and the Ferragamo Museum. And one of my favorite details: the beautiful view of Brunelleschi’s Dome from the apartment. Seeing the Duomo from “home” never stopped feeling magical.
The apartment itself is incredibly well appointed and comfortable. I stayed for almost a month, and it truly felt like my second home. It had everything I needed for a long stay and made living in Florence feel effortless and special at the same time.
When I return to Florence, there is absolutely no question that I will stay here again.
