The home was comfortable but hadnt been cleaned for some time.
We had to pay a $450 damage hold fee and received 5 emails during our week stay - 2 of which were about taking the bins out and another was to suggest that we monitor and keep the air conditioning set between 22-24 degrees and not to leave it on when out plus 2 more checkins. It was too much. we took photos of the damage in the property in case we were charged for it.

Clean and neat to live in.
Outdoor furniture was very old and uncomfortable. There should be a few more chairs (plastic type) so a group can sit.

The easiest check-in I've ever had. Electronic door locks are the best. The host sent out regular communication and responded to my pre check in questions. The accommodation was clean and well maintained and stocked with basic consumables. Books were available to read and there were many additional appliances that weren't mentioned in the ad e.g coffee machine, Xbox, Bluetooth speakers. The property was handy to shops and a short drive to the Esplanade.
TV in second lounge area has issues.

- lovely location
- pool to cool down in was a hit with the kids, AC in main room was perfect and very spacious
- own laundry was perfect
- not too many kitchen supplies and bathroom supplies we purchased ourselves so not a big deal but only had 4 toilet rolls for a whole week stay for all of us.
- would of been nice to also have extra towels for pool and whatsoever
