Appartamento 5 palme

The appartment is nice, clean and well ubicated, close to the sea and shopping area. I would give a much better review, if the facilities and furniture were in better state. I think they should invest a little, to give a better stay for their guests.

All the beds of the house were in horrible condition, my husband destroyed his back the first night. Two old mattresses, covered with a sponge and kept together with a plastic case. The bases were 2 metal, oxidated frames, with springs, hold together with plastic strings. It was like to sleep on a boat. Sofá even worse, with an old spongy thing, stuck in a super small wood frame, you couldn't sit for more than 10 minutes. Eventually we managed to be more or less comfortable, removing the old bed bases and put the kinda mattress directly on the floor. If they could improve these aspects, the house would be great.

Nešlo zapnout klimatizaci ale nebylo to zatím potřeba takže jsme neřešili jinak si myslím že byla funkční a matrace manželské postele až příliš měkká ale někomu může vyhovovat..

Appartamento bello, spazioso, completo di tutto, con colori, allestimento e mobilio degli anni 80. Purtroppo anche i letti hanno gli stessi anni. Questo comporta, per un viaggiatore che spende anche una sola notte, un ridotto comfort, inficiando così un soggiorno che potrebbe essere di maggiore relax.

Location - very close to the seaside in Siderno - only 5 minutes walking - and view from the balcony.

The landlady came to give us the keys. Once indoors, we realised there was only air conditioning in the living room, but not in the bedrooms. We asked why the property was advertised as with "air conditioning" and she said that "Booking" allowed them to do so, with only one air conditioning unit, therefore it was all right. We still thought it was misleading, and considering the heat at the time over 30 degrees we were not happy with it. She offered to have the booking cancelled, or as no show -but as the booking was prepaid that was not possible. After a long conversation, she agreed to provide and extra fan, there was already one fan in the apartment. Later her husband came and provided the second fan as agreed. Also single beds not very comfortable.
