The bed was really comfy, and the room was clean and spacious. The staff were so friendly and very helpful, they carried up our bags to and from the port which was really appreciated.
The location is about 15 minutes away from the port, i would recommend if you prefer a more quiet, tucked away stay.

A bit out of Phi Phi and there is no view. Up a big hill. Staff were lovely!
A bit dirty. Beds were comfy but the walls and the door to balcony was very bad. Dirty street too.
