The home is very nicely appointed with luxury upgrades. It was very nice and modern. The location (walk across the street) to the water grill restaurant was great. We even got a pontoon boat sunset cruise right at the marina beside it. It was a quick drive to market or stores.
There was construction directly in front of the patio view which wasn’t disclosed but that didn’t effect us too much after the first day since they stopped work on weekends. But it wasn’t a pretty sight tbh. The main issue was the running toilet in the master bath that barely flushed. And the front key lock mechanism was the most complicated and silly lock I’ve ever seen. The hot tub wasn’t on so we never got to use it and the Wi-Fi didn’t work.
