チャーリーヤングビーチから近く、フードランドやABCストアにも歩いて行けます。朝、散歩してABCストアに行って、マラサダとコーヒーを買ってきて、ラナイ（ベランダ）で食べたりしました。
建物は古いかもしれませんが、中はキレイで、使いやすかったです。調理器具もそろっているので、ご飯を作るのに困ることはなかったです（調味料も油、塩、コショウなどありました）。
エアコンとファンがあるので、快適に過ごすことができます。
ビーチチェア、ビーチタオルなどもあります。
敷地内に建物が３棟ありますが、一番海から遠い建物です。建物ごとにプールがあり、空いていました（時間によっては家族だけで使えました）。水深が深く大人でも足がつかないところもあるので、注意が必要です。
あえてあげるなら、ビーチパラソルとセキュリティボックスはなかったです。ベッドは深く沈み込むタイプなので、硬いのが好きな方は向いてません。

Great central location but condo was in 3rd building in back away from shorter access to the beach, other that it was great had all the amenities as well as beach chairs and fullyu stocked kitchen items for cooking. We liked having the twin beds in upper loft bedroom and there was a partial ocean view from the balcony as advertised. Leasing agent checked in with us on arrival and last day to make sure everyting was good for us as well.

The scenery, for sure. The quit, and very peaceful place.
Being that we’re from Hawaii island , and love rice. A rice cooker would have made it more easier ☺️

Everything was so clean. The grounds were well maintained. The unit had all we needed but…
Would have liked an umbrella for the beach. Nice touch with the coffee packet for the morning coffee, but no sugar or even powdered creamer🙁
