Spacious 2BR Apartment in BGC with Workspace & Washer

Beautiful and spacious apartment, very well maintained and good furniture. Clean and new.

Please note the following: Swimming pool is only available to use three days a week and not during weekends. Any visitors need to be endorsed by the property owners to the security desk one day in advance. In practice, not unplanned visitors are allowed. The building is huge and so is the number of residents. Expect longish waits for the lifts. Apartment is fairly noisy during the day, but not so at night. Most of it faces 8th avenue, during workdays there is heavy traffic noise until about 9pm.

Wonderful condo! Great location next to Mizukoshi Mall and so many restaurants. Quiet. So spacious and spotless, would be great for a family. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, large living / dining room. Fantastic view! Appliances are complete including washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided. Full complete kitchen and full size refrigerator if you are so inclined to cook, although proximity to so many great restaurants makes cooking unnecessary. Host has provided so many details to make one's stay comfortable.

No changes needed everything was as expected and more.

Everything! From the amenities, the rooms, the spaces, the laundry and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, attention to detail and that everything works. Rubbish collected day and night. 3 toilets and 2 bedrooms. The Master bedrooms was spacious too. Really perfect for a small family. Beds and comforter were comfy! Checkin was a breeze. Instructions were clear. Host responsive.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The location is perfect — right in front of Uptown Mall BGC, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and cafes. The big windows gave us an amazing city view, especially at night when the lights made the skyline look stunning. We really liked that there are three air conditioners — one in the living room and one in each bedroom — so the whole place stays cool and comfortable. The washer, fast Wi-Fi, and workspace were very convenient too. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process smooth and easy. Overall: We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again the next time we travel to the Philippines.

Just a few small things that can easily be fixed. The bathtub caulking could be redone to prevent water from seeping through. The kitchen faucet wiggles a bit when used, but it’s an easy fix from underneath — I know because I have the same faucet at home. One of the bidet holders and a towel rack in the bathroom are also a bit loose, but again, all minor issues. Overall, nothing that really affected our stay.
