Il était super bien situé, tout était propre et fonctionnel.
Les hôtes étaient vraiment super gentils, accueillant et à l’écoute.
Et hyper bienveillant. Vraiment Merci beaucoup d’avoir fait de notre voyage un bon moment.

Not a traditional hotel, but a 3BHK flat converted into a holiday home. Rooms are spotless with very comfortable beds, branded coffee pods, and toiletries. Location is excellent – just a short walk to the train station and bus stop. Hosts are kind, very responsive, and add thoughtful touches like beach mats and umbrellas.
For two guests, the toiletries provided initially were not sufficient (though more can be requested via room service).
• Room service is only done after two days, which may feel a bit limited.
• There is only one mirror, and it’s inside the washroom – an additional mirror in the room would be useful.
• The balcony faces the road, so it can get noisy if the door is kept open.
• No microwave is provided (there is an oven, but guests are not allowed to use it).
• No washing machine available for laundry.
• Guests need to sort and dispose of their own waste in respective bins.
• The AC is centrally set to 23–25°C (common in Italy), which might feel warm for some, but they do provide a fan upon request.
• Access requires climbing stairs, so carrying heavy luggage can be challenging.

Struttura semplice, ordinata, pulita e spaziosa. Ottima per chi é di passaggio o si ferma ad Olbia un paio di giorni. Posizione ottima, in 13 minuti di passeggiata per la via principale, si arriva al centro storico.
Mi é piaciuto tutto della struttura, consiglio solo qualche gancio per gli asciugamani o mensola in bagno per rendere l’ambiente più efficiente.
