The place is charming, cozy and peaceful. The balcony is the best thing about this property (a great spot for bird watching). We saw quite a few variety of birds while just sipping our tea/coffee.
The location is great as well.
And the hosts were friendly and quick to response to any queries we had.

Firstly the communication was the best we have experienced anywhere, friendly and warm. An easily located property with an attached garage with an internal door was a bonus. Inside the place was spacious, clean, warm, well equipped including the kitchen and included a large washing machine and separate dryer. Also the lounge was large and comfortable with a great TV to watch. Our bed was large and comfortable and the showers were warm with ample towels. There was a big clothes hook to hang all our winter coats just inside the entrance. Also there was a fenced veranda with glass doors leading out from the lounge room which was handy as we were travelling with a small dog. The yard wasn’t fenced though and at dawn we spotted 3 deer wandering up behind the property. We locked ourselves out one night through our fault and even then the communication and help was immediate and a backup lock box access got us back inside quickly. There was a fee for bringing our dog along per day and this was charged separately.
We don’t think there was any recycling available so we left ours in a separate bag.
They need a sign inside right next to the front door to alert people not to engage the dead lock when going outside.
