The location was great and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The pool is small.

The property, the management and the staff were exceptional! We were fortunate to be the only guests - thank you for hosting us, especially during the time of Eid al-Adha. Despite the festivities everyone was extremely accommodating. Staying in this wonderful Riad was the icing on the cake: perfect location for exploring the Medina (3-minute walk) as well as the other sights (up to 25 minutes). We wouldn“t want to stay anywhere else! Neither should you!

Fantastic stay and 100% recommended. Staff is really helpful and kind. Location is very good, too. Everything is in walking distance. Breakfast is marvelous.

This is an honest review hope the host take note to improve, otherwise no point staying here. We stayed in another riad nearby with same rate, same ranking, just before checked in this one and we can tell the big difference here. Don't understand why this riad scored so high ? We were there in December. 1- The shower area was dark and the shower tap was full of horrible limescale, looked very dirty. Other guests already mentioned it in review earlier, obviously ignored by host to clean it. Also the toilet seat cover was unstable, kept falling on your back when sitting there...aaahhhh 2. Cheap looking refilled bathroom amenities- 2 bottles of cleaning liquid but no label if shampoo or shower gel? 3- Difficult to regulate water temperature in the shower. 4- Cold room, no wardrobe but only a simple low bar to hang clothes. 5- Cold water in the pool (the other riad pool was warm and clean) 6- No welcome drink, no indoor slippers, no tv (the other riad welcomed us with hot mint tea, biscuits, cakes etc) 7- Depended on ONE staff member only, if he is out then you can't get in, need to contact the owner to get him back to open the door. (he is nearby but still need to wait, no key given) 8- No door number, riad name at the entrance. Was it difficult just to put a number on the door so that we knew we were at the right door? Even with a chalk to write the number is enough if too lazy to get a proper number installed. In summary, this riad was disappointing. If this is your first time staying (just like previous guests, maybe) in a riad then it may be ok but we already experienced another riad, we felt this one is far far below the previous riad standard and on top we paid more here. We couldn't wait to leave.
