Todo en general. Limpio, amplio,, con instalaciones impecables. Perfecto.
No encontré la red wifi. No existe ningún tipo de comunicación con el propietario.

鉄道駅とバスターミナルが徒歩15分程度の場所にあり、便利。ただし、幾つか階段の登り降りがあります。観光地も徒歩圏内です。
チェックインタイムまで荷物を預かって貰えることを事前に確認していました。列車の到着時刻を事前に知らせ、当日、鉄道駅に着いた時点で連絡しました。オーナーが現地に待っていてくれるものと思っていましたが、いませんでした。困っているところに近所の方が私に気付き、オーナーに電話して鍵の取り出し方を聞いてくれました。近所の方に出会わなかったら、私はどうなっていたのでしょう！？
室内にはテレビ、ガスコンロ洗濯器などが備わっていますが、使い方が分からず、使用したのはエアコンだけ。
オーナーはチェックアウトまで姿を見せず。
ペットボトル以外のサービスも無し。全く不親切。コストパフォーマンスの悪い宿でした。

no breakfast included, It's well designed, quiet, comfortable stay. There were lots of blankets. The bed is amazing. I had the best sleep I've had in my three weeks of traveling around Italy. Many thanks

Location is good, the flat is cosy made.
It was too damp, as I am allergic to various fungus, don’t recommend to people with the same allergies.
