Les gérants sont très à l’écoute, disponibles et attentifs aux besoins . Le logement est agréable et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour un bon fonctionnement et un séjour confortable.
un kiosque à pizzas situé à proximité du logement peut générer des nuisances sonores, particulièrement en soirée. Le bruit peut être assez présent et gêner les personnes qui recherchent du calme, notamment pour dormir.

Maison comfortable, cuisine bien équipé, salle de bain de bonne dimension . Maison bien située proche des commerces, habitants courtois et chaleureux.
Les toilettes dans un espace trop reduit et manque un ventilateur dans la chambre

Logement ancien rénové, propre, bien situé dans la ville, chambres à l'étage agréables
Le locataire précédent n'avait pas sorti les poubelles, il faut dire qu'on n'a pas trouvé d'instructions écrites à ce sujet. Il manquait du papier toilette. On aurait aimé aussi une meilleure aération (mécanique) dans la salle de bain qui est située en bas, vu le fort taux d'humidité au rez-de-chaussée.
