To start with himanshu, please be careful dealing with him as he is a fraud guy at the reservation office. Also they are cheater they take money from you in their account and give you the most direst room of the hotel, when you say that’s not what you have book they have a mechanism or overcharging you by selling the slightly better rooms by charging an extra exorbitant amount which they charged us, the whole staff with the owner and managing director are all involved in this money making nexus. Please avoid this property if you want your peace of mind and dont want to get cheated

Well located - very close to Mall Road but not directly on this busy, noisy road. Decent view from the rooms we booked.

While overall the rooms were decent and well laid out, housekeeping and maintenance were a little lacking. In one of our rooms the linen was not clean / fresh. It was replaced only when we made a request. Housekeeping was not done on time but late. Plus the corridors were littered with dirty linen - surely this can be done better (without messing up the corridors) and on time.

Location is the biggest USP for this property and overall customer experience can be elevated by better facilities in hotel room such as small things like heaters in every room.And the food was also ok.Staff was also polite and helpful.

Property should provide baggage facilities from Gandhi chowk and road is in bad condition due to adjoining construction of another property.There is scope of improvement in overall service by staff.TV's more or less don't work youtube/Netflix as they require software updates.Your booking is not confirmed until you pay token money to the hotel after booking from booking.com.
