La habitación es amplia y cómoda. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario. El espacio de parrilla funciona bien. Tiene pileta para lavar ropa también. La vista desde la habitación es linda. El jardín es lindo. El dueño respondió rápido cuando se lo necesitó.
Algunas cosas están fuera de lugar. El baño está en el centro del apartamento, por lo cual no tiene ventilación, y divide el espacio del living comedor el cual podría ser mucho más amplio. En el estacionamiento tiene piedras filosas que no están muy bien puestas, lo cual nos costó una cubierta del auto. Todo el piso del exterior está en pendiente, en algunas partes muy resbaladizo, lo cual lo convierte en peligroso cuando está mojado.
