La ubicación es un 10 para visitar Cuenca! Está a los pies del casco histórico, subiendo te plantas en poco más de 5 minutos a la plaza mayor y a pie plano del apartamento está el paseo del río y muchos comercios y las principales calles del centro urbano.
La poca comodidad de las camas. La dejadez de la humedad en la habitación y sobre todo lo sucio del colchón del sofá cama.

La ubicación es céntrica.
El alojamiento no estaba muy limpio ni con buen mantenimiento. Había elementos del baño oxidados. El sofá estaba reventado. No había juego de sábanas para el sofá cama. Pero lo peor sin duda es que es un bajo al lado de un bar en el que había mucha fiesta, no podías abrir las ventanas porque había gente bebiendo, debido a esto el sitio era ruidoso y sin luz.
