Loved the hospitality. Ian and Sarah checked in to make sure we had no concerns. I found every appliance I needed for my short stay! Also the little breakfast nook with the tea and coffee was great. Had a fan and AC in both rooms. Enough area to lounge. I suppose the tv wasn't the well placed, but who watches tv when on vacay.
Nothing too problematic honestly, a bigger trashcan would have been appropriate. Truly nothing else bad to say

Little out of the CBD(6mins drive max)- great places to eat close by and not the busyness of the CBD.
Easy to get to main roads for one day road trips.
Unit great space and extremely comfortable. Appreciated the few bits a pieces like coffee, tea and plenty of towels. Enough kitchen appliances so we could stay in and cook when we felt exhausted from our day activities around the Cairns region.
Owners great to deal with, great communication and extremely helpful.

Quiet, spacious living room, Nespresso coffee machine, little balcony, spacious bedrooms
A bit far from the centre of Cairns if you walk (35min) but you reach it within less than 10 min by bus (0,5$ journey)

Presentation is lovely, beds are so comfortable. Place is clean with everything you would need included. Great location. Hosts very helpful. Would love to stay again
