Le grand jardin avec le saule pleureur et la mare. La réactivité et l'amabilité des hôtes.
Pas d'intimité puisque plusieurs gîtes sont côte à côte et les propriétaires habitent sur place (ce qui peut aussi être un avantage en cas de problème). Pas de chemin de randonnées directement au départ du gîte, il faut prendre la voiture. Pas de toilettes à l'étage où sont les chambres.
