La ubicación era muy buena, muy céntrica. Y la casa muy bonita, muy bien reformada.
La falta de insonorización. Al estar en un bajo se escuchaba cada persona que pasaba, meaban debajo de la ventana (esto sucedió el sábado que coincidió con la fiesta de las cruces) y especialmente un vecino de enfrente que ponía el volumen del tv al máximo hasta altas horas de la noche con su ventana abierta. También cada vez que entraba y salía alguien del edificio hacía mucho ruido la puerta de la cancela y retumbaba en el cabecero de nuestra cama. La última noche fue tranquila debido a que el vecino estuvo más tranquilo y ya no habían personas de fiesta.
