Ottima posizione, con giardino e vista bellissima sulla vallata e sulle montagne. Casa ampia e comoda, ben accessoriata. Posto auto riservato.
La casa è molto "vissuta", con molte cose dei proprietari (e lucchetti a tutti gli sportelli). Probabilmente più adatta a un soggiorno invernale.

The location is a bit far from Cortina but 2 km from a nice town San Vito de Cadore. There is a lake nearby and the apartment had everything and more than you actually would expect in a vacation apartment. They had a washing machine that was very important for us. It was quite and everything worked OK including the heating. The support from the owner was quite good.
The location is a bit far from shops and restaurants for waliking and with a car it is indeed 5 minutes but through winding streets. It is has a lot of furniture and houshold items that some people prefer a more hotel-like experience.
