Overall, I had a very pleasant stay here. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped. The bed is wonderfully soft, the ceiling fans in the living room are fantastic, and the shower offers both piping hot water and exceptionally strong water pressure - something I certainly don't encounter everywhere in Brazil. There is a large fridge and a huge 14 kg washing machine, so you have everything you need, even for a longer stay. What I particularly appreciated was the quietness at night. It is truly pin-drop silent, and the only sounds you hear are the birds. Were it not for the circumstances mentioned below, this would have been one of my best stays in terms of peace and quiet. The apartment is also great for someone with a dog. The balcony is fully enclosed with metal screening, and the windows are secure so nothing can easily get in or out. I travel with a puppy, so I could let her out on the balcony with peace of mind, without having to stand right next to her the whole time. She loved sitting out there, so that was a real plus for me. The host was friendly and helpful, and responded quickly and understandingly whenever I had a question or needed to report something.

There were two minor downsides for me. There is no drinking water filter, so you have to arrange your own drinking water. Additionally, unexpected drilling and renovation work took place in another apartment in the building during the day while I was there. The host hadn't been informed about this beforehand and couldn't do anything about it. At night, however, it was completely quiet. All in all, a lovely and very well-equipped apartment. Were it not for the unexpected work, I would undoubtedly count this among my best stays in terms of comfort and a good night's sleep.

Apartamento muito bem localizado e ótimos funcionários no condomínio. Quarto muito bom confortável, cama excelente e ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente. O anfitrião foi muito atencioso, nos deu dicas do local e esteve prontamente disponível para atender nossas solicitações.

A limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar.
