Loved the location. It was comfortable enough. Close to everything. Quiet building, comfortable beds and bathrooms. Kitchen worked ok, apt for long stays.

The staff. Stayed for 24 days and when asked for fresh linnens, they said only by paying more money. The apartment has a laundry machine, but it doesnt dry and you cant put bed sheets and towels to dry anywhere, we had to put them in the living room and eating table because there is no space for them to air dry. Also, the machine isnt well mantained, clothes smelled foul after. Again with the staff, never a prompt answer, everything was complicated. We were without water because of a problem in the building for over 36 hours, and when complained all they said was sorry, they knew we had a baby and offered no type of help, we knew they couldn't do anything about it, but 0 help.

Le logement est super bien situé. Pleins de restaurants à quelques pas. L’appartement est spacieux, illuminé. Vous avez la possibilité de déposer vos bagages avant le Check in dans leur office à copacabana, qui est très sécurisé. Le check in s’est très bien passé.
