Beautiful house and garden just a minute’s walk from the beach. Comfortable beds, modern decor and room for all the family.
The floor is raised just inside the front door causing a trip hazard. This needs to be made more visible.

The house is beautiful and great for a group. We spent New Year there with a family group. The space worked really well having the large communal kitchen sitting and dining room, plus a separate lounge was great. Kitchen is really well equipped which was perfect for us as we cooked each night. It is literally a stones throw to the beach, we preferred the scenery walking toward West Wittering than the other direction.
We could not get either of the TV's to work. We played a lot of games so wasn't a big issue, we just wanted to see Big Ben count down at midnight on NYE.
