Saubere Unterkunft, die Lage ist in Großkoschen nahe des Senftenberger Sees gelegen. Es stehen Parkplätze direkt auf dem Gelände zur Verfügung und sind hinter einem Zaun. Die Straße, die zur Unterkunft führt, ist eine Sackgasse, sodass keine Fahrzeuge langfahren, was zu einer angenehmen Ruhe führt.
Nicht wirklich vermeidbar, aber für geräuschempfindliche Personen wichtig: die Heizung ist teilweise sehr laut und brummt dauerhaft. Somit könnten manche Personen damit Probleme beim Einschlafen haben.
