Nous devions avoir un appartement avec cuisinette et deux chambres. Malheureusement, on nous dit qu’à cause d’un problème d’eau, ce ne sera pas possible. On nous propose alors une chambre dans laquelle on a ajouté un lit. Il y a un petit salon adjacent à notre chambre.

Ubicación muy buena. Desayuno muy bueno. Atencion espectacular

Spacious and comfortable apartment . Excellent breakfast . Helpful and pleasant staff. Well situated for central Cusco with an Orion supermarket nearby. The apartment was well equipped with a small kitchen (we didn’t eat in so didn’t really use the kitchen facilities apart from the kettle)

As with all Peruvian apartments , can be a little noisy at night (dogs , car alarms, motorbikes) but you soon get used to this. Gas safety is not so high a priority in Peru as generally there is no gas central heating and water is heated electrically. Some apartments including this one do use propane fired boilers for hot water. The boilers were directly outside the apartment with the flue venting to the internal corridor . Of course this was only on when someone was taking a shower or using hot water. When pointed out , the owner sealed the closest bathroom window and said he would relocate the hot water boilers in future. We just kept the apartment well ventilated and had no problems. This wasn’t the only apartment we stayed in Peru with this arrangement !
