Atlantico Apartment La Cala

The property was spacious and well equipped with everything you could need. The balcony/terrace was big with lovely furniture and sun beds. The check in process was easy and communication with the hosts was great. There is a Lidl close by and the beach is around 10 minutes walk away.

The only thing we didn’t like was that the bedroom pillows were stained and smelled awful, they could do with replacing and pillow protectors being used.

No email 24hrs before as stated with entry instructions, had to ring agent to try and find out how to gain entry, who then contacted cleaner to come and give us the keys, asked for two sets but was told they are waiting for one! On gaining entry, found the freezer had not been emptied and lots of wet washing was hanging on the airer. No information on how to get onto the wifi, rang the agent who said it was under the router which is was not and just leave the washing where it is! A few days in to our holiday the hose of the shower had a hole in it so it didnt work, i rang the agent who asked me to send a picture which i did(just needed a new hose screwing on) then told me he had no one available to repair it. My bed had a single duvet cover on a double bed so used double duvet that was in the wardrobe without a cover.

Everything we need special touches with the toiletries have Netflix and Amazon was a really nice touch

The bedding could have been better the pillow and duvets were not very comfortable

We like to walk so it was a nice 20 minute walk into the centre of La Cala. The beds were very comfortable . Nice to have a large terrace .

Unfortunately there was an awful lot of building disruption going on Monday to Friday .We were told there are around 900 apartments being built up on the hill behind.We had to go to the beach every day as it was far too noisy around the pool area. It would have been nice if we had been informed of this.its unfortunate for the owners .
