We stayed in this apartment from 10th May to 13th May and 22nd May to 24th May 2026. The self catering apartment was brand new, very beautiful, well equipped and well maintained. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful residential area away from the noise and bustle of inner Marrakech. If you have your own car, it has its own convenient parking in front. The owner was very helpful and friendly. He helped us in arranging taxi to airport and also looked after our luggage when we were travelling in other cities. Price of this apartment was very reasonable The only issue was that this apartment is in a new extension on the outskirts of Marrakech and therefore, getting a taxi or a bus was very difficult (but we managed using 'InDrive' taxis). Yes, definitely, we recommend this place to anyone.

Great value for money ! It’s located outside of Marrakech about 6km on Route d’ourika. Easy transport to Marrakech / Medina by bus or shared taxi not far from the apartment. The local market and a supermarket around the corner from apartment. Many local cafes . It was my second time staying at the apartment. Ahmed & Hamza are very helpful and accommodating. I will stay again when I go to Marrakech.

It was a good value for money. Simple yet cozy place to stay. Outside of Marrakech center but with east access to Marrakech by bus or shared taxi. Close to the market for foods & any necessities. Relatively quiet and comfortable. Good internet connection. Good communication with the hosts. They can arrange airport transfer.

The show head wasn’t working properly, the drainage was very slow.
