No período da Vesperata a localização é boa.
O único banheiro é horrível e perigoso. O vazo sanitário fica no mesmo ambiente que o chuveiro. Todas as vezes que um hóspede toma banho é necessário secar todo o banheiro para a próxima pessoa utilizar. Isto deixa o ambiente escorregadio e pode gerar um acidente, sobretudo se o hóspede for idoso. O imóvel não tem garagem e não tem estacionamento por perto. Seu carro vai ficar na rua sujeito a acidentes, pois as ruas são apertadas.
