The house is adorable. Several updates to make it that way. The bed was very comfortable, as well as the living area. We also enjoyed the outdoor area. The neighborhood is quiet, and the bugs are far and few between.
The washer and dryer are located in the bathroom, this makes it VERY hard to enter and exit when needing to use the restroom. This should be disclosed just in case you have a larger tenant. The fake grass gives the back yard a nice look, but it is very squishy, and i found myself cleaning up piles of a yellow substance that keep coming up while we were there. Not a big deal, but wanted you to know. None of these things would keep me from coming back. :)
