The cleanisness, the response time of the host via texting. The condo was nicely furnished, the kitchen well stocked with pots/pans, plates/cups, etc. plenty of towels and extra bed sheets in the closet IF you needed them. It was great to be able to leave the towels on the bathroom floor, and leave the sheets on the bed which were the instructions.
Honestly, the only thing I can think of is having to take out our trash. A cleaning fee was included and one would think it would have included the trash.
