This studio apartment is located in a private villa with very friendly and accommodating hosts. The apartment is very clean, it is located near the Zvezda forest but has an excellent connection to the city. One minute from the apartment is public transport from where you can go to the center in 20 minutes and to all other parts of the city. We had private parking which is free. Due to its affordable price, the apartment exceeded my expectations.

Die Wohnung ist sauber, vollständig ausgestattet und ideal für längere Aufenthalte. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und ausgesprochen freundlich. Die Lage ist ruhig, mit einer ausgezeichneten Verbindung zum Stadtzentrum. Sehr empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank.

Хорошая постель. Матрас, подушки, одеяла - все мягкое и удобное. Мне нужно было заехать раньше срока - хозяин согласился. Из одного отеля выехал, в другой заехал.
Грязный пол. Чувствовался слабый сигаретный запах. Думаю, проникал из других комнат - на кровати пахло сильнее всего, но не от постельного белья. Хорошо, что хотя бы есть освежитель воздуха. До 5 утра за стеной слышны были крики - видимо, какой-то неуемный футбольный фанат. Хозяин сказал, что не имеет отношение к тому, что там происходит, и не может никак повлиять.
