Clean and convenient location to all the amenities of downtown Greenville. Building is nicely remodeled and in an improved historic neighborhood.
Had some trouble with the "smart" lock upon returning later in evening. The device probably needs checking out or changing. Assistance was relatively quick to respond with lock issue, but would have preferred a live person to answer the phone.

Sauber. Gute Ausstattung (in der Küche alle notwendigen Utensilien und Geräte einschließlich großem Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Kaffeemaschine mit Filterkaffee- und Kapsel-Kaffe-Möglichkeit; im Bad Bereitstellung von Pflegeprodukten). Das Stadtzentrum und die Mainstreet waren gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Lage der Wohnung in einem absolut ruhigen Wohngebiet. Rob, der Vermieter, jederzeit kontaktierbar
Eigentlich gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Am Anfang hatten wir zwar ein wenig Probleme mit dem Heißwasser-Durchlauferhitzer, aber das hat sich im Lauf des Aufenthalts weitgehend gelöst. Was vielleicht gut wäre wenn der Hofbereich gepflastert oder geteert wäre (aktuell ist es noch etwas „schmutzig“ wenn es - wie bei uns kurzzeitig - mal regnet).
