Beautiful surroundings and really cosy chalets

Lavender Patch Chalet created the most beautiful experience for me and my twins. As a solo mum, I was genuinely touched by how thoughtfully everything was prepared for our stay. We were heading to the Harry Potter Forbidden Forest Experience, and the chalet had themed decorations and guided activities perfectly aligned with it — the kids were absolutely delighted. There was a gazebo set up with games and nature‑based activities to help the twins switch off from screens and reconnect with the outdoors. Hot chocolate was waiting for us, and inside the chalet we found fresh flowers, shower salts, and so many personal touches that made the whole stay feel warm, welcoming, and special. It was exactly the reset our little family needed. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Lavender Patch Chalet for anyone wanting a thoughtful, peaceful, family‑friendly getaway.

Only one thing we worried about was the narrow driveway if we bumped into a car coming out when coming in but no issues

This was such a cosy place to stay on a rainy weekend. Loved the forest setting. Cottage was very comfortable and lots of thoughtful touches with everything you need. Would love to come back!

Fantastic property. It’s a little gem. Couple little tweaks and would be perfect. Bed fairly comfortable but I like plush so others might find it more comfortable than me. Weather kept us indoors. Hopefully we can return in better weather again

The windows left open all day and we arrived as the evening cool down so apartment was cold upon entry. Never saw property manager/owners so left a neutral face for the review just got an email with instructions I felt it was very impersonal
