The property was located in great location, close to cafe’s restaurants and public transport. The property was clean.
The AC is quite outdated and can make noises when in use. Light shines through the curtains as they aren’t long enough for the whole wall near the front door.

Posizione perfetta, pieno centro. Comodità dell'appartamento a Piano Terra, ma dentro un cortile. Riscaldamento e acqua calda senza alcun problema

L'emplacement. Tout près du Môle Antonelliana. L'appartement en rez-de-chaussée, dans la cour intérieure. Pas de bruit, c'est très calme. Une bonne literie.
Un problème avec la chaudière.... Réparée puis en panne à nouveau.... Bruyante et s'arrêtant souvent de fonctionner. Il fallait relancer souvent le démarrage. L'appartement ne semble pas faire 50 mètres carrés comme c'était précisé mais paraît plus petit. L'appartement est sombre . Il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine comme des casseroles par ex.

La struttura era molto sporca, non dal soggiorno precedente, ma non viene pulita spesso: pavimenti, cucina, bagno. Per il prezzo che chiedono un servizio pulizie possono permetterselo. La caldaia andava sempre in blocco e per fortuna so arrangiarmi e l’ho resettata più volte. I parapetti delle scale sono pericolosi se avete un bambino piccolo come noi. Infine le immondizie vanno buttati nei cestini pubblici.
