Posizione perfetta, pieno centro. Comodità dell'appartamento a Piano Terra, ma dentro un cortile. Riscaldamento e acqua calda senza alcun problema

L'emplacement. Tout près du Môle Antonelliana.
L'appartement en rez-de-chaussée, dans la cour intérieure. Pas de bruit, c'est très calme.
Une bonne literie.
Un problème avec la chaudière.... Réparée puis en panne à nouveau.... Bruyante et s'arrêtant souvent de fonctionner. Il fallait relancer souvent le démarrage.
L'appartement ne semble pas faire 50 mètres carrés comme c'était précisé mais paraît plus petit.
L'appartement est sombre . Il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine comme des casseroles par ex.

Posizione, spazio interno
La struttura era molto sporca, non dal soggiorno precedente, ma non viene pulita spesso: pavimenti, cucina, bagno. Per il prezzo che chiedono un servizio pulizie possono permetterselo. La caldaia andava sempre in blocco e per fortuna so arrangiarmi e l’ho resettata più volte. I parapetti delle scale sono pericolosi se avete un bambino piccolo come noi. Infine le immondizie vanno buttati nei cestini pubblici.
