Lovely staff. Beautiful room and decor and setting

A lot of ugly building infrastructure all around hotel as you walk around that hopefully will be better hidden by landscaping etc over time

This is such a beautiful hotel from an aesthetic point of view, the design is stunning, there is so much attention to detail. The rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. It has everything you could possibly need and more and the restaurants serve delicious food. Once again though, the thing that really stands out and the thing that seems very consistent across the Philippines is the outstanding hospitality. Staff are simply incredible, they are so friendly, so helpful and will bend over backwards to ensure you have a 10 star experience. They even make an effort to learn your name and these little touches go such a long way. I've had great hospitality experiences across many different countries but the Philippines is number one by a country mile. Unbelievably good, I can't rate them highly enough.

It was clean and the staff were lovely.

It’s a massive concrete block, all grey and very depressing. The hotel and the rooms are just bleak! The sink is in the room and not the bathroom - always lovely to watch and listen to your room mate brush his teeth. Air conditioning in the room was very noisy, oh and don’t forget the planes that fly low over the hotel all night.
