The cottage was well presented, clean and spacious The location was good for a short commute to saundersfoot harbour or Tenby and the grounds of the property was very picturesque

If I’m being very picky; and may just need explaining a little more within the advert so anyone can make an informed decision; The drive way into the grounds of the property was a little steep the metal winding stair case in the property may present some people with different mobilities a challenge Although there was a lovely little lake to walk round with surrounding fields and private garden may be helpful with pets

Spacious, nice decor in certain areas.

The outside let it down, weeds,brambles, dead leaves, walls need a coat of paint also the wet room needs updating. Information book with emergency no’s etc would be helpful

Surroundings, relaxing colour scheme of Decor.

Only 1 TV in the property. Bathrooms, toilets & shower rooms didn't have any curtains or blinds. No draining boards to Kitchen sinks. 2nd Double Bedroom (1st Floor) was not served by a toilet, you would have to use the master bedroom or go for a long hike in the dark at the far end of the property, this would also incur navigating a tight spiral staircase which my Wife couldn't even climb & had to sleep on the sofa in the lounge. All wall clocks didn't have batteries in them. There were only 3 tenants in a complex of 6 cottages so it was quite quiet. Think it would of been quite unprivate if fully booked especially because of the lack of Curtains & Blinds for privacy.

Lovely decor. Comfortable beds Bath and separate wet room Gorgeous location, peaceful, good distance to town for walking (if fairly fit) A very comfortable patio with new furniture Excellent communication from Josh Thank you for complimentary bottle of Prosecco
