I stayed here for 1 month for law school. The manager was excellent from the start and met with us to show us the apartment. He is very kind, trustworthy, attentive, and gave us some ideas about where to go/what to do. He is a wonderful host and person. The apartment itself is in a great location since it's between the bus station and the metro station. Its location meant the buses were never full when I got on each morning to go to class, since it's not in the center of the tourist area. It was also in a great area for shopping as it's a few feet from 2 grocery stores and several clothing stores. Next door is Ami Poke and Alice's pizza, which is the best pizza I've ever had. The only downside of the apartment is that it's in Rome! Which is great but since it's a city there is some noise from the road with the traffic and such. That said, I'm a VERY light sleeper but slept extremely well every night with my white noise machine and ear plugs. The place itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. It has 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and the A/C was great. When I'd have my friends over they would all talk about how amazing the apartment is and they are right. I really enjoyed staying here and if/when I return to Rome this is where I plan to stay.

The property is in an excellent location, just across the street from Cornelia metro station (line A). You can be into the historic center in about 20 minutes, and there are lots of restaurants in the area. A Conad grocery store is just across the street as well. Our contact for the apartment was excellent, he arranged transportation from the airport for us, at a very reasonable price. He was available whenever we needed something, which was seldom. The apartment was just as pictured on the website, the bed was very comfy. And if you like darkness to sleep, the electric blinds were fantastic! Despite the location being great for travel, the downside is that its a bit noisy in the apartment. Busy streets and hospitals nearby so lots of ambulances going by. All in all an excellent stay!

Although this apartment is a bit out of the city all tourist sites can be quickly reached via the metro station across the street. The host responds quickly to questions and was present for checkin to familiarize us with the apartment. The apartment was spacious, light and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped for simple meals with supermarkets close by and an open air market a couple of blocks away. Several good restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The only downside we found was the neighbors watched TV with the volume extremely loud in the afternoons so one bedroom was difficult to use for naps. If you plan to be gone during the day at night it was quiet for sleeping. Although a hot tub is noted in the listing there is not one on the property.
