The open-plan area combines a kitchen with a large island for cooking together, a bright living room with a gas fireplace, and large windows that invite you to contemplate the river in all its splendor.
A long terrace extends the living space.
The spa awaits you at sunrise, coffee in hand, with the morning light gliding across the water.
This is true luxury: cooking together as the river changes color, chatting around the fireplace, then putting on your shoes or boots to explore the area—a morning on the trails, a getaway to Baie-Saint-Paul, a walk on the beach, or a hike in the mountains.
The cottage can accommodate up to 6 people.
The bedrooms are located on the garden level for more privacy and tranquility.
The house includes a bathroom, with a bathtub and shower, as well as a powder room.
Located in a private development, this cottage offers privacy, comfort... and a constant panorama that accompanies every moment of your stay.

Go hiking on the many trails in Les Éboulements.

The view is beautiful and the windows are huge. We had all the comforts of home and more. The children loved it too. Lots of indoor & outdoor spaces to enjoy.

Arrived at this location to walk into a full floor view from both levels of the house. Open area that makes social time and meal time a breeze. Even though it was March break the deck was amazing with the glass wrap around to eliminate any wind and allow viewing of the sunset over the mountains. Will definitely book again.
