Le Loup est un chalet fraîchement rénové avec un grand plafond cathédrale pouvant loger 4 personnes. Il comprend une chambre privée avec un lit queen et un lit mural double dans le salon. Avec Internet sans fil (wifi) haute vitesse, le chalet est optimal pour le télétravail. L’eau courante est potable et l’espace est chauffé. Le salon dispose d’un foyer à bois et d’une télévision intelligente et d’un haut-parleur Bluetooth.



La cuisine est équipée des articles essentiels et bien plus : vaisselle, ustensiles, batterie de cuisine, cuisinière, réfrigérateur, four à micro-ondes, cafetière à filtre, machine à café Breville, grille-pain, four à fondue, four à raclette, etc. La literie, les serviettes de bain et les linges à vaisselle sont également fournis.



L’accès au chalet se fait par une entrée privée et de façon autonome. Vous obtenez un code d’accès unique pour la serrure numérique, ce qui vous offre une flexibilité sur l’heure d’arrivée.

C'est le parfait chalet pour une retraite en nature urbaine afin de décrocher et de profiter de la vie de village au bord du lac!



The Loup is a newly renovated chalet with a large cathedral ceiling that sleeps 4. It includes a private bedroom with a queen-size bed and a double wall bed in the living room. With high-speed wireless Internet (wifi), the chalet is ideal for telecommuting. Running water is potable and the space is heated. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace and a smart TV with Bluetooth speaker.

The kitchen is equipped with essentials and more: dishes, utensils, cookware, stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, filter coffee maker, Breville coffee machine, toaster, fondue oven, raclette oven, etc. Bedding, towels and dishclothes are also provided.



Access to the chalet is through a private entrance and is independent. You get a unique access code for the digital lock, which gives you flexibility on arrival time.This is the perfect cottage for an urban retreat to unwind and enjoy lakeside village life!

The village and surrounding area



Our cottages are located in the heart of the village of North Hatley near Lake Massawippi where many outdoor activities, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. North Hatley is 10 to 20 minutes from other beautiful municipalities such as Sherbrooke, Magog, Lennoxville, Ayers Cliff, Coaticook



Outdoor activities: hiking, biking, tennis, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, diving, bike paths, horseback riding, fishing, hunting, soccer, paintball, downhill skiing, cross country skiing, alpine hiking, snowshoeing, skating, ice hockey, etc.



Shops and restaurants : General store (elaborate grocery store), café, bakery, pub, chocolate shop, snack bar, Hovey Manor, etc.



Many services and activities are within walking distance (gas station, grocery store, restaurants, convenience store, chocolate shop, beach, lake, dental clinic, bakery, tennis, etc.).

Pets are not allowed.



The place is non-smoking.



Respect the 11 p.m. "curfew" for noise (music, TV, etc.) as well as the presence of visitors from neighboring cottages.



Départ



Vous devez quitter le chalet pour 11 h 00 le jour de votre départ à moins d’avoir pris une entente particulière avec nous.



Déchets : à la fin de votre séjour, nous vous serions reconnaissants d'aller vider les poubelles (déchets et recyclage) dans les conteneurs situés dans le stationnement.



Frigo : retirer les éléments périssables.



Portes & Fenêtres : s’assurer qu’elle sont fermées et que les portes sont barrées.



Fermer les lumières et les ventilateurs.



TV : déconnecter vos comptes Netflix, Prime, Crave, etc. (nous le ferons si vous oubliez).



Garde-robes ; vérifier pour ne rien oublier.



BBQ : fermer la bonbonne de propane si vous l’avez utilisée.



Serviettes : déposer les serviettes de bain, débarbouillettes et linges à vaisselle utilisés dans le bain.



Électroménagers : SVP vous assurer que les appareils suivants ne sont pas en marche : cuisinière / four, laveuse, sécheuse.



Veuillez SVP nous laisser une note pour nous signaler si quelque chose ne fonctionnait pas, était brisé ou manquant pendant votre séjour afin que nous puissions y remédier.



N’hésitez pas à partager votre appréciation des lieux après votre passage dans un de nos chalets.

Check-out



You must leave the chalet by 11:00 a.m. on the day of your departure unless you have made a special arrangement with us.



Garbage: at the end of your stay, we would appreciate it if you would empty the 2 outside garbage cans (garbage and recycling) into the containers at the top of the parking lot.



Fridge: remove perishable items.



Doors & Windows: make sure they are closed and that the 3 doors are locked.



Turn off lights and fans.



TV: disconnect your Netflix, Prime, Crave, etc. accounts. (we'll do this if you forget).



Closets; check to make sure you haven't forgotten anything.



BBQ: turn off the propane tank if you have used it.



Towels: put away towels, washcloths and dishcloths used in the bath.



Appliances: Please ensure that the following appliances are not running: stove/oven, washer, dryer.



Please leave us a note to let us know if anything was not working, broken or missing during your stay so we can fix it.

Nice spot. Shared decks made things a little confusing at first so had to reach out for clarification. Decks could use a power wash. Enjoyed the stay.

This is my second visit to this great apartment. My sister and I both enjoyed our week long visit using both the master bedroom and the very comfortable Murphy bed in the LR. We cooked both breakfast and dinner there half the time and found all the kitchen equipment we needed and in very good condition.The washer and drier and dishwasher are excellent. The AC was excellent and through the great windows you see many trees and sun if you want to or you can use the fine blinds if you do not. This unit was just up the hill from the lake and the North Hatley club and that made it easy to help out with the grandchildren at the summer camp activities.It's also close to a public dock and swimming area if you are not a member of that club. It's just a few minutes walk from gift shops and several good restaurants and a quick lunch place and also close to LeBaron's well-stocked market with the friendly owner and staff. The staff of the apartment was very helpful in rescuing something special I had left and mailing it to me in the States. Hugo and your staff, you are the Best!!
