• Bedroom 4 (bottom level): Queen bed
• Additional Sleeping Space (bottom level, secondary living room): Full bunk bed + Twin bed (3 beds total)

Guest Access:
Guests will access the property with a smartlock code provided the morning of check-in.

The Neighborhood:
Water’s Edge is located in the rolling hills of Blue Ridge, Georgia, about 2 hours north of Atlanta and 2 hours southeast of Chattanooga. The cabin sits back from a quiet road and is a 5-minute drive from Lake Blue Ridge Marina. Within a 10-15 minute drive you’ll reach downtown Blue Ridge (3.4 miles), Mercier Orchards (4.7 miles), as well as plenty of nearby hiking and biking trails, including the trailhead for the Aska Trail System (4.2 miles).

Getting Around:
Rental cars are strongly encouraged; ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are available though wait times may be quite long.

1) We Are Dog Friendly (Dogs Only)
You're welcome to bring up to 5 dogs total. The pet fee is $185 for the stay, plus any applicable taxes. This fee helps ensure the home is thoroughly cleaned and free of allergens for future guests.
Please remember that dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. If excessive pet hair is found that cannot be removed with standard cleaning, additional charges may apply. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any pets other than dogs.

2) Coffee:
All Boutiq homes provide a drip coffee maker along with premium ground coffee. This home does NOT have a Keurig.

3) Other notes about the home:
- The backyard is fully fenced; however, the wrap-around deck is accessible from the backyard and a dog could go from the backyard onto the deck and down the deck stairs at the front of the home.
