Summary:
Escape to Creekside Haven, a craftsman cottage with detached guest house on nearly half an acre overlooking a scenic equestrian farm. Spend hours enjoying the incredible backyard space, relaxing in the hot tub, gathering around the wood-burning fireplace or fire pit, and enjoying outdoor games. Located just a short drive from downtown Blue Ridge, Mercier Orchards and numerous hiking trails, it's the ideal spot for a peaceful and adventurous mountain getaway with family and friends!
The Space:
• Great location just a short drive from downtown Blue Ridge, Mercier Orchards and hiking/biking trails
• Covered back deck with gas grill and outdoor dining table
• Backyard with hot tub, fire pit and outdoor games like horseshoes and corn hole
• Detached guest house with living room, kitchenette and full size bathroom
• Main house with 2 dedicated bedrooms, extra sleeping space in the loft and 2 full size bathrooms
• Open floor plan living and dining area featuring a wood-burning fireplace
• Game room with couch, TV, skee-ball machine and card table
• Outdoor games including corn hole and horseshoes
• High-end bath and body products, linens and towels
• Kid-friendly amenities: pack ‘n play crib, high chair, children’s books & dishware
• Washer and dryer in the main house
• High-speed internet and dedicated workspace
• Driveway parking for 4-5 vehicles
Sleeping Layout:
Creekside Haven comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across both the main house and guest house:
• Bedroom 1: King bed with ensuite bathroom
• Bedroom 2: Queen bunk bed (2 beds total)
• Loft Sleeping Space: 2 Twin beds
• Guest House: Queen bed + sofa bed
Guest Access:
Guests will access the home via smart lock; codes will be sent the morning of check in.
The Neighborhood:
Creekside Haven is located in the rolling hills of Blue Ridge, Georgia, about 2 hours north of Atlanta and 2 hours southeast of Chattanooga. The home sits on a quiet road just 7 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge (3.1 miles) and 5 minutes from Mercier Orchards (2.3 miles). Plenty of hiking and biking trails, including the trailhead for the Aska Trail System, are a short drive away.
Getting Around:
Rental cars are strongly encouraged; ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are available though wait times may be quite long.
Other Things to Note:
1) We Are Dog Friendly (Dogs Only)
You're welcome to bring up to 5 dogs total. The pet fee is $185 for the stay, plus any applicable taxes. This fee helps ensure the home is thoroughly cleaned and free of allergens for future guests.
Please remember that dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. If excessive pet hair is found that cannot be removed with standard cleaning, additional charges may apply. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any pets other than dogs.
2) Coffee:
All Boutiq homes provide a drip coffee maker along with premium ground coffee. This home does NOT have a Keurig.
3) Other notes about the home:
- The yard is not fenced on all sides and the back fence is a 3-rail fence through which a dog could easily escape.
- The neighbor's barn and property is strictly off-limits to guests. Please keep away from the neighbor's horses and simply admire them from afar!

We had a great time at our stay! We coordinated this trip with friends from out of state and we had everything we needed here. 5 mins from downtown and close to so many parks and activities. Would definitely recommend. Also had questions for the property manager and they responded right away!

This property is such a cozy pick… swing on the front porch, perfect for our morning tea. Our golden retriever loved the view of the horses. The hot tub was a perfect way to end the day. Easy to say everyone loved it.Everything was close and convenient. The Walmart was probably a 5 min drive from the property— super ideal for last minute grabs! Will be recommending this place for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay here for Christmas. The house had everything we needed. It looks newly updated. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels. The view in the backyard is wonderful! There is a horse ranch with fences behind and it was nice to sit by the fire pit and watch the horses. We stayed with my husbands brother and his family so they stayed in the main house and we stayed in the guest house which was nice to be separated because we stay up later. I would like to note that the loft has low ceilings. So if you are tall it’s hard to get up there. The house is on a main road but there is a big fence in the front yard to prevent noise. It wasn’t a big deal. I loved that the house was so close to everything. You can easily get the grocery store or downtown blue ridge. I would definitely stay there again!
