Cozy 1-bedroom apartment in a modern building with all the amenities. Located on a sunny avenue in the heart of the City of Arts, it is the perfect place to enjoy Valencia. You can be in the very center of the city, close to Carmen, Malvarrosa beach, Albufera and other areas of the city. Fully equipped and available to accommodate up to 4 people, 1 bedroom, WiFi, Parking, Air Conditioning and Terrace.

- Living-dining room with 140x190cm double sofa bed, dining table, HD-TV Smart TV and exit to terrace.
- Large terrace of 120m2 with splendid views of a quiet garden square and equipped with a table with 4 chairs and two sun loungers.
- Practical fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave-oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, tea kettle...
- Master bedroom with 150x200cm double bed, HD Smart TV.
- Designer bathroom equipped with shower, toilet and sink.
It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand towel and a bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom), bathroom amenities: (shampoo and gel) and coffee capsules and 1.5l bottle of water. From the airport.
From Manises airport, you can rent a car or use public transportation. Take the metro to the city center and get off at the Xativa stop. From there, you can take bus number 35.
By Train or Metro.
From the main exit of the Estación del Norte, cross Xativa street and you will reach Marqués de Sotelo street. From there, you can take bus number 35 and get off at the Instituto Obrero-Ciutat de les Arts stop to the apartment.
By car.
From the north (coming from Barcelona):
Continue along the AP7 highway to the Sagunto toll booth.
Take exit 51 towards Valencia North.
Continue towards the city along Avenida Cataluña.
Follow the signs to the City of Arts and Sciences until you reach the apartment.
From the south (coming from Alicante):
Continue on the A7 motorway.
From Alicante and Albacete on the V31.
Follow the signs to Valencia Sur.
Upon arriving in the city, follow the signs to the City of Arts.
From the west (coming from Madrid and the airport):
Continue on the A3 motorway.
Take the exit towards Alicante and Albacete.
Continue along the V30 detour.
Take the exit to CV500.
Upon arriving in the city, follow the signs to the City of Arts.
