- Terraza Marpol is great for active travelers who are looking to be on the move and enjoy the vibrant lifestyle of the island. Great for guests who enjoy music, different cultures, the buzz of a Caribbean city, and a local Puerto Rican environment.
- We're conveniently located within minutes from San Juan's most popular attractions. Multiple beaches, active nightlife, restaurants, city tours, and many other experiences the island has to offer.
- Terraza Marpol is designed for groups who prefer to share and interact with each other. You will find the apartment is intended around communal spaces. The living room and a balcony at the beginning of the apartment, a small dining area in the middle of the apartment (centered around the bedrooms), and the private terraza at the end of the apartment (through the main bedroom).
- Our place is suitable to accommodate friend groups, bachelorette celebrations, families, and couples.
- Private Terrace with Chairs, Hammock, outdoor bar top, and stools.
- Furnished balcony attached to the living room
- Fully equipped kitchen
- There are two AC units in the apartment. One in the living room and another one in the main bedroom (bigger bedroom with the 2 beds).

Our neighbors are absolutely wonderful locals. Please understand that this is a partially renovated home. While some spaces and amenities have been brought to more modern standards, other aspects of the house preserve its unique charm.
- You will be staying in a metro area local neighborhood of Santurce, Villa Palmera. Walking distance to Ocean Park Beach and Calle Loiza. There are some things we can't completely control, including morning roosters, mosquitoes during the rainy season, music/city buzz, etc. We make every effort to provide complete transparency with potential customers before they make a reservation. Feel free to ask any questions!

Terraza Marpol is in Santurce, about 15mins walk from Ocean Park Beach. Our barrio is a hip and rapidly growing area of San Juan. Known for its vibrant street art, outstanding Puerto Rican food, national museums, and nightlife scene. Our neighborhood is enriched with an active, happy, welcoming authentic local community. Puerto Rican culture is reflected in our neighborhood. Very lively, active, musically oriented environment.

Super centric location. About 8 blocks from the beach, 15mins walk. A few mins away from most points of interest. The neighborhood didn’t bother us any, on the contrary, it was quite nice to visit Puerto Rico and stay surrounded by the local culture. Everyone around was respectful and friendly. The host was super accommodating and responsive. The place was comfortable, we enjoyed the terrace and the hammock was a nice touch. I recommended this place and I would stay again, for sure!

The place is nice done. Modern furniture and nicely updated with two terraces! The location is conveniantly located near Condado, Isla Verde and the airport. If your young and looking for a great place to stay with a small group 4-6, this is the place. Jowever, if you looking to slerp in and peace and quiet, its not happening. The host is amazing and easy to communicate with. I recommend this place if you don't mind the neighborhood noise....

Comfortable condo, loved the rooftop deck. Location wasn’t the best for us and not always easy to get Ubers home at peak hours/holidays. Felt safe in the authentic neighborhood, serenaded by the music lovers across the street lol.
