About this house rental
Tathra is a newly renovated spacious 3 bedroom house, sleeps up to 8 comfortably. Selwyn Snow field & Yarrongabilly Caves both 45mins drive. Local ski-hire shop, cafe's and restaurants.
Central to amazing local fishing spots, Talbingo & Blowering Dam and an hour to Eucumbene lake!

Tathra is central to amazing fishing spots; 10 minute drive to Talbingo Dam (which as a small beach), 20 to Blowering Dam and an hour from Eucumbene lake! Easy boat access, paddle boarding, water skiing is all welcomed in the Blowering and Talbingo Dam.
A picturesque combustion wood heater or reverse cycling air conditioning, which ever season you visit, we hope to accommodate what you need to make you feel relaxed and welcomed!

Tathra will welcome you and your guests via our large driveway and carport plenty of room for boats, with a secure fully fenced garden and lawns surrounding the house.
Situated at the back of the property is a large wooden decking area with BBQ, outdoor heater, bar fridge and outdoor setting, some outdoor fun games and plenty of cover for you all to relax.
Our back yard and garden, provides seating for you to enjoy your morning, sipping coffee or tea surrounded by the beautiful valley with amazing wildlife. In the evening after cooking up a storm on our BBQ, you could all sit around the fire pit on a cool night admiring the starry skies.
Our cosy bedrooms are:
One that sleeps 4, a triple bunk bed and a single bed, with a reverse cycle air condition and fitted wardrobes, with plenty of storage.
Bedroom 2 will sleep 2, a queen bed with fitted wardrobes and portable heater also plenty of storage
and our 3rd bedroom Sleeps 2, a day bed and trundle bed with mattress, with a wall heater unit and fitted wardrobes where the games are stored.
The spacious dining room has a table that seats 6- 8 guests and an extendable small table that can seat and extra 4 guests.
Nothing like a lit fireplace! as the kitchen has an amazing safety guarded fireplace and is fully functional, with all utensils and cookware needed. With plenty of cupboard space, a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, and coffee station with pod machine the kitchen will be and inviting place to pull up a bar stool and enjoy watching the flames in the fireplace. Children's dinnerware is also supplied.
Complimentary coffee pods, a selection of tea and sugar awaits you.
If you need to work our sunny office area has a Desk, Chair and WiFi direct printer for you to use.
Our warm spacious lounge room has 2 x two-seater lounges and a three-seater sofa bed, large screen Smart TV, Netflix, DVD player and WiFi linked. Reverse cycle air conditioning, plenty of room for you and your guests.
The well-lit shower room is fitted with a detachable multi-function shower head and a bathroom vanity.
The toilet is separate.
In the laundry you have a washing machine and clothes dryer, iron and ironing board if needed.
We also have a baby safety gate, highchair available.
Kids just want to have fun, so there are indoor and outdoor games for your little ones to enjoy.
There is a CCTV camera that monitors the driveway and gate for security, there are no other cameras and audio is mute.

The property has great access and under cover parking accommodating your boat. The home is in a good location and was very clean and tidy inside and out. It has a warm outdoor area to relax when you return home from a day fishing or skiing.
