Villa in a Gated Community Noord

This place is very spacious and close to palm beach! It was very clean and the owner was very communicative and helpful. This place is about a 5 minute drive to the beach or about a 15-20 minute walk. One of the main grocery stores on the island was about a 10-15 minute drive. I gave a 4 instead of a 5 for a few reasons. The bed in the room without the bathroom was extremely uncomfortable. I would recommend putting a mattress topper on it to make it more cozy to sleep on. Also one of the towels was moldy or it had weed on it. Also the air fresher in the place was a little strong smelling. You can feel there are two twin mattresses and it is very hard. The other thing would be to provide extra toilet paper. we were there for a week and had to buy more. I would stay here again as long as the bed in the spare room received some kind of upgrade. Overall, I do recommend this place, just be warned about the soare bedroom bed.

This is our second trip to Aruba this year and this property location is excellent. Walking distance to shops restaurants and grocery stores. The owner was very responsive regarding check in information and the security staff at the gates checked our ID before being given access so that provides piece of mind. The owner was offering restaurant and other helpful advice but since this was our second trip we didn’t need it but it was offered. There is a sitting area out front and back which both were so quaint and the recliners to watch tv at the end of day were fantastic and perfect to relax in. The villa itself had a well equipped kitchen, several extra towels and sheets and the beach chairs and cooler was an added bonus. This property is fantastic and we can’t wait to book it again.
