About this house rental

Indulge yourself in the breathtaking beauty of the Sea of Cortez on your own private beach. Relax and create lifelong memories. Lots of whale watching and easy living.

With no neighbors on either side, feel free to blast your favorite music and be free. 4bed/4bath villa (5th bedroom available upon request and fee). Only a 1 hour drive from San Jose Del Cabo airport. 10mins from Cabo pulmo. 10 mins from Vida Sol Hotel. 30mins from 9 Palms famous surf spot and Zia Sushi. We highly recommend you rent an SUV. We have a Property Manager on call for all your needs.
Take a cruise on the paddle boards or kayaks at your disposal. Lots of whales jumping right into front of the house!!
The space
10,000 sq ft home with indoor outdoor feel. Ocean views through out the home. Mountain View’s on the back side.
2 living room areas inside. Seating area outside.
Kitchen has all stainless steal appliances, large pantry, bar and seating area.
Main floor has kitchen, dining room, 1 guest suite with bathroom, and 2 living rooms. All have ocean views.
Bedroom 1 (main floor)
Ocean view spacious suite. King size bed. Private balcony. Bathroom with shower.
Upstairs has 3 bedrooms including the master.
Bedroom 2 HUGE Master bedroom has a couch, armoire, jack and Jill closets, dual sinks and dual shower with 3 private patios and an outdoor bath tub.
Bedroom 3
Queen size bed, chair and closet. Bathroom with shower and Mountain View’s. This bedroom also has a shared patio with bedroom 4.
Bedroom 4
Queen size bed, bedside tables, armoire and closet. Private Bathroom with shower and views of the Dune and peek a boo ocean view.
Bedroom 5 (available for an additional $175/night fee)
There is a separate entrance, private patio, full apartment unit with kitchen and bath, fireplace, queen size bedroom and eating area and Wi-Fi.
Outdoors:
Private palapa with 10 seater custom wood dining table, BBQ, 2 pools with swim up bar. Massive Jacuzzi(extra fee of $25/hr after complimentary 8 hour of use). Large patio on south side of the house. Sandy area for Horse shoe game. grassy area. Private beach entrance. Area to hang hammocks.

*Dune buggies and 4 wheelers are available to rent through a 3rd party!!
