Welcome to the luxurious Mi Casa Tu Casa PV Condo, nestled in an exquisite brand-new building in the prestigious Versalles neighborhood, perfectly situated between the vibrant Marina and the bustling Downtown area. The neighborhood is a foodie's dream with fresh culinary offerings from around the world all within walking distance. The Beach is a 12-minute walk and Costco and La Comer (grocery store) a 6-minute walk. Plaza Caracol Mall is close by and is home to a cinema, bowling alley and gym.
The space
The Condo has 2-bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, rainfall showers balconies off the main living space and the bedrooms. There is a half-bathroom off the main living space. There is a separate purified water spout on the kitchen sink.
The Primary Bedroom has a King size bed and the Secondary Bedroom has two Individual/Twin Beds. The Balcony off the main living space features a view of the Sierra Madre Mountains. Head to the Rooftop Garden and Infinity Pool for a more expansive view of the Mountains and Banderas Bay. There are daybeds, loungers, hammocks and a BBQ area for you to enjoy!
The unit also has high-speed 500MB WiFi and a Samsung SmartTV.
There is also a parking lot (estacionamiento) in the covered garage and a parking space that is right near the elevator.
