The duplex is ideally located right across the street from Marker 1 Marina and you'll be within walking distance of great local shops, dining options, and activities. Golfers can tee it up on a historic public course steeped in Golden Age pedigree at the Donald Ross-designed Dunedin Golf Club (1.9 mi.).
Showcasing Florida-inspired decor, the home's updated interior comes decked out in serene coastal tones and all the modern comforts of home. The full kitchen is equipped to handle anything from home meal prep to beach snacks. A plush sofa and massive smart TV set the stage for casual downtime in the living room. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

The location and size of this home were perfect! Close to the beach, restaurants, stores, and there wasn't any noise from traffic. The beds are the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. I would, and will, stay at this home again.

the property was well suited and stocked for our stay, very clean and tidy. The location was great just wish it had better views. We enjoyed our stay for the ease of access to everything.

Completely remodeled apartment was really nice and very clean. Two gigantic TVs. Parking spaces by the street, not right by the entry door. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, fantastic shower. 5 stars for the rental, 3 stars for the rental manager, Vacasa. They were overly stingy with starter supplies: only one small roll of TP backup, only one coffee filter, and one spare trash bag! No recycle bin so the trash filled up quickly. For longer term rentals of course you’re expected to bring your own supplies, but for a one-week rental I should not have to go out to buy TP, coffee filters, & trash bags! A pain to get signed onto their wifi. Phone call to Vacasa didn’t solve it and we never did get signed onto our phones. So wifi on Laptops only and it made us sign-in every.single.time. Annoying!

The dwelling was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the location. We ate at a local breakfast restaurant everyday in walking distance. We enjoyed driving through and walking the beach at Honeymoon Island, which was right there. And we enjoyed going to Eddie’s for a night cap every night. Dunedin downtown was in close proximity also. I would definitely stay there again.
