A group of us stayed at this property while attending a conference at the OnCenter. It was very conveniently located in relation to that facility. While there is on street parking, you have to move your car to the other side of the street by 6pm each night which wasn't super, but we worked around it by parking several of our cars at a nearby church when we carpooled to the conference center. The house itself is lovely, and was clean and well appointed.

Close to the University. Very accurate as described. Parking a bit challenging - down a large hill (steps) and having to switch to opposite side of the street every day. Also need to share a single bathroom for 4 bedrooms. Host was great. Would stay again.
