Great option for budget, private stay. However, the bed listing was misleading as the photo for the third bed was a queen bed with a headboard and frame while the actual bed was the convertible sofa, for which there weren’t even linens. Also keep in mind that this listing is for a basement apartment and the ground floor is also a rental. The controls for the heat and air conditioning are in the upstairs unit.
