The host was very responsive and shared lots of great local tips! The house was clean and in excellent condition. The pool was also very clean - we saw pool cleaners come by 2-3x while we were there. The location was quiet, and it was only about an 8-minute drive from the beach. The house was stocked with beach amenities like coolers, chairs, and umbrellas.

Christopher is an excellent host. Very thoughtful and accommodating. The house was clean, comfortable and nicely appointed (kitchen, bath amenities, etc). The pool is heated and the enclosed yard was perfect for our golden retriever.

We were able to prepare a Thanksgiving meal for family in the kitchen. The bedrooms were great because they all had king size beds, accommodating our adults.

This house is very well appointed, with lovely decor, nice new high end finishes, a quiet and private backyard oasis with a great pool. Christopher the host was super fast to respond and great to work with. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, safe and convenient to lots of restaurants and shops
